Terms of Service
Space Coast Cooling & Plumbing, Inc.
By engaging Space Coast Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for services, you agree to the terms below. These Terms of Service apply to scheduled work, emergency service, maintenance plans, and any related sales or installations.
Service Agreement
All services are provided by licensed, insured technicians under the regulations of the State of Florida. License numbers: CAC1823406 (HVAC) and CFC1433143 (Plumbing). Service scope, materials, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are provided for installation and replacement projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is determined after on-site assessment and is documented in a written work order.
Warranties
- Manufacturer warranty:All equipment carries the manufacturer's written warranty on parts.
- Installations: 1-year labor warranty on installations.
- Service calls: 90-day labor warranty on service calls.
Warranty coverage is voided if work is altered, repaired, or modified by a party other than us.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the work area.
- Disclose known issues, prior repairs, or relevant property conditions.
- Promptly inspect completed work and report concerns within 7 days.
- Pay invoices on the agreed-upon schedule.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for 24 hours' notice for non-emergency cancellations or rescheduling so we can serve other customers. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept all major credit cards and offer financing through GreenSky on qualifying work.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, pre-existing conditions, or issues caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
